On April 1, 2012 our sweet baby girl decided to play the ultimate April fools joke on everyone by arriving early! It was so much fun calling everyone at 4 a.m. and promising them this was no joke - my water broke and Ella was on the way. We felt so fortunate that she arrived before Nick/Cindy and Jaime/Jonathan left town. We will be forever grateful that our families were there to celebrate with us.

I will write up her detailed birth story later but for now I just wanted to update this blog! It's horrible that it has been 10 weeks already and I have not touched it!
